Cherry Banana Mango Shakey |

Hi Jen,
For this shake I used about 1 1/2 cups rice milk, 1 frozen banana, 6 frozen mango pieces, 4 frozen cherries, 2 Tablespoon of flax oil, 1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds. I threw it all into a blender and blended until nice and smooth. 🙂
I will share the blueberry muffin recipe on the blog shortly.
