RECIPE: Latest Favorite Shakey Flavor

Cherry Banana Mango Shakey

Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin A, Potassium, Folate, Fiber and Antioxidants make this shake nutritious!  Add in Flax oil (which contains Fat, Omega 3’s, 6’s and 9’s) and soaked Chia seeds (which contains Fat, Fiber, Calcium, Omega 3’s & 6’s, and Protein) and you’ve got yourself a healthy pick-me-up shake perfect for breakfast or any time you’re feeling a little sluggish.

Add your favorite type of milk…soy, cow’s, goat’s, rice, oat, 7 grain, sunflower…etc… and zap it in the blender for a new favorite breakfast drink!  or anytime really.  🙂

Oh yeah…and it tastes GREAT!  Our allergy child drank his down in a matter of minutes…slurp, slurp, slurp.

    do you have the recipe of ingredient for this? and the blueberry muffins you just posted on fb?

      Hi Jen,

      For this shake I used about 1 1/2 cups rice milk, 1 frozen banana, 6 frozen mango pieces, 4 frozen cherries, 2 Tablespoon of flax oil, 1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds. I threw it all into a blender and blended until nice and smooth. 🙂
