Easter Bunny Cake - Allergy Free No Dairy, No Soy, No Egg, No Nuts Can be made with No Gluten |
I hope everyone had a great Easter. Of course my plan is to prepare everything for the holiday ahead of time so that I can share it all with you BEFORE the holiday.
The bunny cake really was super easy. Pop a bag of marshmallows and oil in the microwave,
Stir in some crispy rice cereal. I highly recommend using a mixing utensil that will not come apart (like mine). The mixture is SUPER sticky and you have to work fast before it cools and hardens. I popped my bowl back into the microwave a couple of times to soften it back up.
I divided the mixture into three parts and shaped it into ears and head. I also cut a
dried fruit roll-up into the shapes for the mouth, nose and ears.
Next, I put a half a bag of Enjoy Life chocolate in the microwave and stirred until smooth and creamy. I poured it into a squirt bottle and then created the rest of the bunny. This cake was sooo easy and tasted yummy!!!!
