Mmmmmmmm….homemade strawberry jam. You know you want some!
This was so easy, but of course I still managed to make a few mistakes. Oh well.
First off, learn from my mistakes…DON’T forget how many cups of sugar you already put in!!!!! and DON’T puree your strawberries to the consistency of water. 🙁
Other than that, you really should be fine. 🙂 My jam still came out good and I now know the secrets to it being even better next year! 🙂
Strawberries
1 Pkg Fruit Pectin
a whole bunch of sugar
1. pick strawberries
2. wash strawberries
3. cut stems off strawberries
4. mash strawberries
5. follow simple directions that come straight from the box of pectin.
