New crackers by Back To Nature that have no dairy, no soy, no egg, and no nuts. My Mom found them in her local Shaw’s Supermarket.

INGREDIENTS: UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR, DRIED SWEET POTATO, WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT FLOUR, SAFFLOWER OIL, CANE SUGAR, POTATO STARCH, CORNSTARCH, BROWN RICE SYRUP, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SEA SALT, CINNAMON.
Review: The crackers don’t have much taste. I wouldn’t eat them alone. However, they do have some potential to be used in recipes. I’m thinking of crushing them and using the crumbs to coat chicken or possibly the topping of an apple crumb dessert?
