I did it this time. Not only is this recipe delicious, but it’s probably THE EASIEST allergy free recipe I’ve made yet!

Ingredients
Pillsbury Pie Crust
Canned Pie Filling (I used peach and cherry)
Brown Sugar
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
2. Unroll pie dough and cut into circles (I used the top of a drinking glass).
3. Gently press dough circles into mini muffin pan.
4. Spoon pie filling onto pie crust.
5. Sprinkle brown sugar on each and bake 20 minutes.

I just updated my grocery store list! I'm stuck home with a cold and grandpa is heading out and this sounds fabulous. I love to have recipes on hand that are down and dirty winners in case company shows up or I need a last minute idea. Going to try this ASAP.
I like the look of your tart. The fruits you used make it seem as if your tart is covered with jewels. Just super.
This recipe looks so good… Can we add some dried fruits to make it, tastes much better?
