Raspberry Peach Shake
1 peach cup
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup rice milk
1 tsp rice protein powder
1 tablespoon powdered rice milk
1 tablespoon oil
6 ice cubes
Want to add additional vitamins and Omega 3’s and 6’s? Add 1 Tablespoon of soaked chia seeds. This will increase the above recipe to 455 calories, 26g fat, 59g carbs, and 12g protein. The soaked seeds turn into a gelatin like consistency which helps thicken the shake. They will also blend in nicely with the raspberry seeds. Love that!
