Allergy Free Meal Planner – Week 1

What’s cookin good lookin?  Take a look at what we ate for dinner this week.  Maybe it’ll give you an idea to cook something new?  Maybe you have an idea for me to add to my meal plan?  If so, you can email me at easybreezyfoodallergies@gmail.com I would love to read your suggestions!

All meals contain no dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts.  Items that are Gluten Free are labeled GF.

Monday     Maple Pear Turkey Salad GF

Tuesday     Grilled Steak, Baked Potato, and Steamed Butternut Squash GF

Wednesday     Breaded and Baked Haddock, Pretend “Cheese” Broccoli Rice

Thursday     Chicken Taco – pepper, onion, mushroom, lettuce, salsa, and avocado GF

Friday     Shepherd’s Pie GF

Saturday     Grilled Chicken Thigh, ABC French Fries, and Roasted Brussels Sprouts GF

Sunday     Roasted Chicken Dinner, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, 
                        Corn Bread and Cranberry Sauce  (one of our favorites)GF

Allergy Free Roasted Chicken
no dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts, no gluten
Allergy Free Broccoli “Cheesy” Rice
no dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts
Allergy Free Chicken Tortilla Soup
no dairy, no soy, no egg, no nuts, no gluten
