Allergy Free Meal Planner – Week 3

Here we are at week three already.  I have shared week one and week two of the meal planner with you already.  Hopefully it’s giving some of you some new allergy free ideas for dinner.  The dinners below are all dairy free, soy free, egg free, nut free, legume free and those that are gluten free are marked GF.  As always, if you have suggestions for me please leave a comment below or email me at easybreezyfoodallergies@gmail.com .

Monday     Fish Tacos – lettuce, avocado, and salsa on soft and crunchy shells. GF

Tuesday     Fish Chowder – A tomato based hearty fish soup. GF

Wednesday     BBQ Beef Casserole – bbq ground beef with peppers and onions and a corn bread top.

Thursday     Chicken Nuggets, brussels sprouts, and sweet potato tots GF

Friday     Grilled Chicken Salad GF

Saturday     Brown Sugar Meatloaf, roasted potatoes, and asparagus

Sunday     Lamb Burgers, ABC fries, and steamed broccoli GF
