I’m not sure how many of you benefit from my allergy free meal plans but I know we sure are! I have one more week to post and then my five week meal planner rotation will be complete. I won’t have any more nights of sitting around asking what everyone wants for dinner. I also won’t be walking around the grocery store making my week’s menu plan on the fly.

Monday – Thanksgiving Casserole
Tuesday – Lemon Herb Fish with Orange Glaze, Spinach, and Roasted Sweet Potato GF
Wednesday – Steak Salad – mixed greens, avocado, cucumber, apple, raisins. GF
Thursday – Marinated Grilled Chicken, Grilled Zucchini, Mushrooms, Peppers, and Spinach Quinoa Rice GF
Friday – Beef Cutlet, Spinach, and Spinach Quinoa Rice Mix GF
Saturday – Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, and Brussels Sprouts with Cornbread and Cranberry Sauce GF (the cornbread is NOT GF)
Sunday – Shrimp Scampi GF
