I froze the leftover frosting from my son’s LEGO Ninjago® birthday cake. I made little squirts on a piece of waxed paper and just popped it into the freezer in case I had any good ideas. So far, I’ve had two.

The first was to pop them in a cup of hot chocolate (allergy free of course). He enjoyed watching them melt and it made the cocoa just a bit more creamy. The second idea was for peaches n cream popsicles. YUM!
All I did was blend rice milk, frozen peaches, and frozen frosting in a blender…

Then I poured the mixture into a popsicle mold and waited for them to freeze.

I also made a chocolate strawberry kind with rice milk, frozen strawberries, and chocolate chips. Once frozen, I remove the pops from the mold and toss them into a freezer bag and put them back in the freezer.
The kids love to get involved in making different creations. Not all have been good but we’ve had fun trying.
Do you have any good popsicle creation ideas? Let me know! 🙂
