It’s so simple that you’ll be wondering why you haven’t been doing it all along!
I simply take the leftover chicken from dinner the night before and put it in a small food processor. I add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp avocado oil (any safe oil will work), a squirt of honey, and salt and pepper to taste.

I blend it all up in the food processor until it’s the consistency that I like and spread it out onto safe bread with lettuce, tomato, and bacon.
Why do I use a food processor?
My son hates to eat sandwiches where the meat isn’t easy to chew! If it’s chunky, he has a hard time keeping the sandwich together and it ends up falling apart. Sometimes I add veggies in the mix too and he doesn’t even realize it! Shhhh… it’s a secret! 😉
